Setting out on a great American motorcycle roadtrip.

Leg #2 – Kansas City to Key West

Here is a set of maps that shows my riding days. I’ll be taking days off in between riding days but this gives an idea of the route I’ll be taking when I’m on my bike.

Here’s a screenshot of the whole leg:

  1. Hey, I met you in St. Louis at Nadine’s in Soulard. Hope you had a good time. I loved your pictures of the west. I remember how much I enjoyed traveling out there when I was younger. My email is I would like to keep in touch and see how your journey goes.

    Thanks, Angie

    • Hey Angie. Good to hear from you. Yes, I absolutely had a good time hanging out with you all. In fact I think I will try to make St Louis the point at which my tracks cross themselves when I swing back through the center of the states. I’m guessing that will be in late July or early August.

      • Did you make it down to New Orleans? I was just wondering if you went to Lafitte’s Blacksmith Bar (941 Bourbon St). I may have fudged the name a bit but it is a great place. Let me know when you will be back in St. Louis. I could show you some other interesting places in STL like “The Hill” or “Dogtown”. Send me a message to my personal address and we could set up a meet. – Angie

  2. Hey Rabbit…
The blog is awesome as well as the photos!!! We are looking forward to your arrival in Tampa tomorrow!!!!!

    • You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for welcoming me into your home, feeding me and giving me so much help getting my bike dialed in. I hope to see you both some day again.

  3. We absolutely enjoyed your visit. To listen to your tales of travel and hang out with you was just awesome!! As far as helping you with your bike, I think Duchess did most of the helping..hehe. We hope you didn’t get too wet heading to Naples. I am sure that our paths will cross again someday.
